Many of those listed are OS9 only (like the 3ivx OS9 and the Intel Indeo Video), and a large number of them also have overlapping functions, like how both the 3ivx codec, Perian and FFusion all play back MPEG-4 derivatives like DivX and Xvid. Long story short, I would recommend against installing all these. I’d say it’s a pretty bad idea to put a bunch of stuff in your /Library directory that won’t even work.
