Pwnage Tool 2.0 (unlocks & jailbreaks 1st gen - jailbreaks 3g iPhone)

The tool jailbreaks and unlocks any 1st gen iPhones running the 2.0 firmware, and jailbreaks any 3G iPhone/iPod Touch running the 2.0 firmware. It does NOT support older versions of the iPhone/iPod Touch firmware.

This release DOESN’T UNLOCK 3G iPHONES YET, but they say they’re working on that.

  1. Recovery stops with error message 1600 or 1601. Does not work with every iPhone 1. Gen
    Use it at your own risk

  2. I say, we should wait. 2.0.1 firmware is in testing, should expect to come out soon…then we will have to wait for the dev to come out with the new pwnage tool again… aside from this 2.0 is very buggy.
