Super Monkey Ball for iPhone

Unfortunately just for Pwned (jailbroken) 2.0 users only

You need: Pwnage tool: http://addictdownload.com/pwnage-tool-20-unlocks-jailbreaks-1st-gen-jailbreaks-3g-iphone/

1. Download SMB.zip and extract the Monkey Ball.app to your desktop. (extracted .app should be 119.8mb)

2. SSH to iphone (openSSH needed, found on Cydia: user:root pass:alpine)

3. Copy Monkey Ball.app into /Applications via SSH and set permissions to 775 recursive/to subdirectories

4. Create a folder named “Documents” in /var/mobile/ and set permission to 777 (Capital D)

5. Reboot your iPhone and have fun playing Super Monkey Ball!!!

  2. i followed the instructions..but it kept on kicking me back out to the springboard.
    Can you explain the set permissions to 775 recursive/to subdirectories??? what does that mean, recursive/to subdirectories? can you be direct please…thankyou. BTW, is it 775 or 755?

  3. It means set all of the files in the folder to 775.

    chmod -R 0775 “Monkey Ball.app”

    should do it just fine.

  7. hi, i’ve pwned my iphone a week ago, but i do not installed cydia. i just untick cydia while creating the ipsw. i really want to transfer Super monkey ball into my iphone but since i don’t have cydia installed, i can’t ssh into my iphone. any idea what can I do instead of ssh??thanks

  8. Why wouldn’t you install cydia? only recommendation i can think of is re-install jailbroken 2.0 with cydia included.
